After spending several weeks at the Hilton, it was always a good feeling walking in the doors and going to the restaurant after a long day at work. Ricardo was very welcoming and always in a very positive mood. He helped make me feel at home. Ricardo went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and even helped me with my Spanish.
The staff at this hotel are super attentive. Alexis and Ricardo and Gabino are super stars around the pool area with amazing drinks service! We also love Paco who cleans our room!
Cynthia does a wonderful job cleaning and is very nice to the people and staff also will help with any needs you have . The Hilton is a great place to stay .

A lot of change at the Hilton Garden Inn since my last visit…. For the better !!! Rooms remodeled ,,, We can notice the changes the moment you enter in the lobby !! This hotel has a perfect location with ocean view and quiet area. The breakfast buffet also has improved a lot with a variety of food and let’s mentioned the SUPER ATTENTION by the restaurant staff !!! A special mention to David and his leader Nallely for taking care of making the breakfast a great experience to start the day. Food is also tasty Good work and congratulations to the whole team of Hilton Garden Inn.
